During 4 weeks you’ll be learning to reframe your mindset to adopt a healthy lifestyle, exercise consistently and create a healthy strong body. You’ll have access to simple, short yet effective workouts for all parts of your body.
You’ll get access to a members only area with all the materials and videos.

This time only, you will also have 4 live group calls with Olya, the creator of this program. During this calls you’ll have an opportunity to ask your questions. Recording will be available in the members portal.


Option 2: Balanced Body Balanced Life Group Program with one on one coaching with Olya.

Everything in Option 1 plus two one on one coaching calls with Olya and access directly to her during the 4 weeks of the program.
