Invisible Workout

If you want to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, this workout is very powerful. You can do it at any time and anywhere. If you are not sure how to activate your pelvic floor muscles, I explain it over here in T-zone video.

You can do invisible workout standing, sitting, while waiting on a phone or in a car on a red light. Nobody will know what you do (just remember to relax your face). Add invisible workout to your pelvic floor workouts and you will be amazed by the results.
