5-Minute Miracle Workout

This workout truly is a miracle. I suggest you do this workout every day for at least 3 weeks. Then you will experience the most amazing results: you will stand taller, you will feel stronger in your body. If you have back pain - you will feel much much better. If your goal is to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles - you will definetely feel the difference.

No need for changing your clothes, no need for shoes - you can do this right away (assuming that you are at home or have a place to lay down). You can even do this workout on your bed first thing in the morning or by the end of the day as soon as you get back home. 

When you are strong in your pelvic floor and your transversus then you are able to keep a good posture for as long as you wish. You will get a better love life and you will release the pressure from your back, especially your lower back.
When you move and use your pelvic floor muscles you will avoid back injuries.
